Abstract:
Codiaeum variegatum is a plant that has a rather strong sensitizing capacity as appeared from an examination in a large nursery of so called Crotons. Rather striking were two positive reactions to Aeschynantus pulcher (family: Gesneriaceae), It is not sure if Aeschynantus really has sensitizing properties. More investigations about handeczema caused by contact with Aeschynantus has to be performed.
