The Pork Detection Kit (Real-time SYBr Based PCR) is designed for detection of PCR amplification of a unique species-specific sequence present in the genome of Pork (Sus scrofa). The kit allows efficient detection and quantification of extremely low copy number. The kit can detect contaminating animal species from 100% to as little as 0.01% of the weight of the foodstuff.
