AbFluor™ 647 free acid is a kind red-fluorescent dye. It can produce bright fluorescence. The most distinct feature of the AbFluor™ 647 free acid is its superior signal-to-noise ratio of combination of antibody in immune fluorescence reaction. At the same time, compared with Alexa Fluor 647, AbFluor™ 647 free acid has few charge, which will not affect the specificity of the antibodies combination. So it is an ideal fluorescent dye.

Usage:
• Product storage concentration is 5-10 mg/mL. In order to prevent degeneration and microorganism growth, it recommended adding BSA (0.01%) and sodium azide (0.03%) to the storage solution.
• Due to the fluorescent quenching, please pay attention to protect the product from light.
• For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves.
