AbFluor™ 555 free acid is a kind of orange red fluorescent dye, and is very similar to the Cy ™ 3 dye. When combined with protein, AbFluor™ 555 free acid is easier to imaging than Cy ™ 3, and brighter fluorescence. AbFluor™ 555 Free acid has good solubility in water and pH insensitivity. It is an ideal fluorescent dye.
